Jade Tool specializes in providing customers with machined prototypes produced using our subtractive rapid prototyping processes. Every customer’s prototype is machined from the real material of their choice, as opposed to the “real material analogs” often used in additive prototyping processes.

We have extensive experience working from engineering sketches and/or prints to produce and initial “dry fit” application of your prototype. We then work closely with your engineering staff to make any alterations or modifications needed to complete the prototype. In most cases, these final adjustments can be made right on the spot in our facility, allowing you to fully perfect your prototype before releasing it to finish services (painting, plating, heat treat, etc.).
